2 Spacious rooms available for rent

Hi, Are you looking for a room or 2 rooms? I’m having 2 beautiful rooms for rent. The rooms are light-filled, cozy and offers enough space. The room has about 25 m^2 and is very bright as it has 2 windows. It is located on the 1st floor of a terraced house with a bathroom, with shower and bathtub, fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher ;)) and our large living room incl. large couch on which you can also accommodate well visitors. Storage space as well as a washing machine + dryer is available in the basement. Location The location of the house is great. About 10 minutes to the university, few minutes to the city center. On the street there is always enough parking and there are bus connections to the city and the university. At night, however, it is super cheap and you really have your peace.
