A fully furnished large master double en-suite bedroom & a fully furnished spacious single bedroom are now available in a recently decorated & very clean & well serviced apartment just seconds walk away from Spinola Bay. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a fairly modern block set within a gated complex that has a very nice holiday ambience & is generally very calm, often the birds come to sing to us & we often hear the church bells which adds to the atmosphere. We are very well located, with quick & easy access to the whole of Saint Julians including Spinola, Paceville, Antik with lots of local buses from Spinola & Ross that will take you all over the island. We have a very nice open kitchen & lounge with a balcony featuring a quiet view of the complex & which receives lots of sunlight into the lounge area. To share with a mature, sociable & very tidy British businessman who is away half of the month & generally works from home when in Malta if I am not out training or dancing sales & bachata. £750 euros per month (850 for a couple) for the master bedroom & 600 euros per month for the single does includes all bills apart from energy but with your help, I am sure we can keep those low.
